TERMS OF USE
ARTICLE 1: Duration of Stay
The client rents the living space (bedroom, bathroom, dressing room, toilet and hallway) for a fixed period and may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises.
ARTICLE 2: Prices
The only contractual prices are those displayed on the websites: www.starrynights.fr, www.morbihan.com, www.chambres-hôtes.fr, etc.
ARTICLE 3: Bookings
Bookingscan be made via our contact form on the secure website www.starrynights.fr, free of charge to you and without any commission paid to us by any intermediary. Bookings can also be made by phone (+33 (0)6 08 63 33 24) or by email (cattie.collier@gmail.com). Upon receipt of your reservation request, we will confirm our availability. We will include the rental agreement and our bank details (RIB) for payment. The booking is formally confirmed upon full payment.
ARTICLE 4: Cancellation by the customer (direct booking)
Starry Nights' cancellation policy is as follows: 100% refund if cancelled more than 2 weeks before the arrival date
50% refund if cancelled between 1 and 2 weeks before the arrival date
No refund possible if cancelled less than 1 week before the arrival date
Force majeure clauses are detailed in the contract that will be sent to the customer upon booking.
ARTICLE 5: Cancellation by the client (of a booking made through an OTA: Gîtes de France, Cybevasion, etc.)
The applicable cancellation policy is that indicated on the booking website used.
ARTICLE 6: Cancellation by the owners
In the event of cancellation by the owners before the start of the stay for reasons beyond their control, the owners will inform the client by telephone or email. The client will receive a full refund of all sums paid.
ARTICLE 7: Arrival and Departure Times
Arrivals are from 4:00 PM onwards. For organizational purposes, we ask you to notify us of your arrival by telephone. Your room may be accessed until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. ARTICLE 8: Payment
Accepted payment methods are bank or postal transfers via the bank details (RIB) attached to the contract, ANCV Connect holiday vouchers only, and cash.
ARTICLE 9: Tourist Tax
The tourist tax (€0.80 per person per night) is a local tax and is included in the nightly rate. It is collected by the owners on behalf of the municipality and then paid to the Tax Office.
ARTICLE 10: Occupancy
The reservation is for a specific number of people, namely 1 or 2. The accommodation can also accommodate a baby (travel cot). Under no circumstances will a larger number of occupants be accepted. Should this occur, the owners reserve the right to refuse entry to the additional persons. This refusal cannot be considered a modification or breach of contract by the owners, and therefore, if more people leave than were refused entry, no refund will be given.
ARTICLE 11: Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:00 AM year-round in the lounge or on the terrace, weather permitting. However, this time may be adjusted upon request to meet guest preferences.
ARTICLE 12: Bicycles
Starry Nights provides guests with two brand-new, fully equipped mechanical mountain bikes. A deposit of €130 will be required upon first use and will be refunded at the end of your stay, except in cases of damage, theft, or vandalism.
ARTICLE 13: Pets
For reasons of hygiene and the comfort of our guests, pets are not allowed. If the client violates this clause, the owners' refusal to accept pets and their owners cannot be considered a modification or breach of contract by the owners, and therefore, in the event of the client's departure, no refund will be issued.
ARTICLE 14: Use of Premises
Starry Nights is a completely non-smoking establishment. Guests are also asked not to eat in the rooms. Respect for a certain standard of conduct is also requested of all guests to ensure the tranquility of the premises and the comfort of everyone. Guests agree to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of their stay and to report and be financially responsible for any damage for which they may be liable.
ARTICLE 15: Parental Responsibility
Children on all Starry Nights premises are under the sole and full responsibility of their parents. ARTICLE 16: In accordance with the French Law for Confidence in the Digital Economy of June 21, 2004, you have the right to access, modify, rectify, and delete your personal data (French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended). Starry Nights undertakes not to transmit the information you have provided to other organizations or companies. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. Acceptance of and compliance with these terms and conditions are deemed to have been agreed upon upon booking.
